However, the fourth of the last conditions is fulfilled. A, knowing that his life was at danger, embraced death and did nothing to alter the result. He contributed to his own death in a major and decisive way; ergo, B is not responsible for his death. He can still be charged with attempted murder though.
Some of my teammates disagreed, saying there was no consent and B should be charged with murder because he, wanting to kill A, performed a murderous action that ended up resulting in the action that he intended, and that in real life it would be impossible for a judge to know that A willfully did nothing to save his life
