This shit hits close to home. My dad was a pastor and did do exorcisms apparently. Later on found out from family that he and a fellow priest friend helped out a local PD near the Canadian border with weird ritual shit in the early 90s. Apparently Vancouver BC is an occult and child trafficking hotspot and police and fire departments down the west coast were involved in it. I remember hearing about this in passing when I was very little. I did not actually start digging till I actually heard more about it from family members years ago and that is what got me to go down the rabbit hole. My dad was right btw and I’m currently trying to contact the PD mentioned earlier for the case files. Seattle has a famous one on occult crimes in the 90s. This rabbit hole is deep.
