plant more acorns at a time because those don't all germinate, matter of fact put half in the fridge for couple days as some plants refuse to germinate if they don't circle the cold (as I found with poppies) for a while
you can throw away the rest even if they germinate, one is enough and as long as the leaves don't go yellow or sag everything should be a okay
