I started vaping instead.
It's faggy, but at least I'm not wheezing in the morning like I used to.
My blood pressure is also back to normal.

If you want to do the same, I highly recommend getting yourself a good mod.
The cheap ones you get at the chinese store will not hit the spot.
After that, order yourself some liquid from black note and you will never look back.

Toss out everything you have that has anything to do with smoking. You will also have to eliminate or modify activities that you associate with smoking. Find a replacement for the tactile feel of smoking (maybe gum or something else to chew). Finding a good support group online is also helpful. Take it one day at a time.

What I did
Start timing between smokes
>1 smoke an hour
>Next day 1 smoke every hour and half
>day after 1 smoke every two hours
>Day after 1 smoke every two and a half
And just continue, if you have issues waiting just remind yourself that you go 5 to 7 hours a night when sleeping without a smoke. Eventually the craving will stop.
