Getting out of the house more and having brief, casual but friendly conversations with strangers if you live in an area where such a thing is possible.
To pass time, just for fun, you could always marathon a certain game or series you used to really enjoy when you were younger. Try branching out with your music tastes even. Loads of channels on YouTube now dedicated to all sorts of different genres.
Save up what money you've got and take a trip somewhere, or look into those work-release things they have in other countries (where you agree to live with a person for a while, doing work for them, but the return is that they pay for you to be there. sometimes this backfires...)
You could learn another language and be a translator! All sorts of companies need that shit.
Point is there are so many things you can do and nobody to stop you from at least trying.
