"Vitun paskapää" in Finnish leaves the same mental image in the minds of Finns as the "Fucking shithead" does to native English speakers.
"Fuck" doesn't really translate directly in Finnish. Instead we use the word "Vittu" which literally means "Cunt" but in the same meaning as "Fuck" when you swear.
