Belief without action is not belief - 4th Gen Thread

Purpose of thread: Draw attention to and discuss the notion that if you say you believe in something, but you fail to act on that belief, if you fail to possess the willingness to act, then you do not actually believe in it, it was merely a thought temporarily occupying your mind and does not constitute a true belief.

'Belief requires action, sans action it is merely thought'

There are many people that say they hold beliefs and yet they systematically fail to take actions in line with those beliefs, this thread seeks to illuminate this problem and with a bit of luck reduce it.

For example, if one says they believe in a particular ideological notion, for instance a political belief, and yet they fail to take actions in line with this ideological belief, that itself is proof that the individual in question did not truly believe in the political ideology that he said he did, otherwise he would have acted on it's behalf.

Forewarning: The notion of acting on a belief is a veeeery spicy idea, it draws the finest shills and bots, and in great numbers too, so be wary and analytical. Check out the previous thread for some demonstration of that. Indeed, people would much rather you be unable to seperate thought/belief, then you wouldn't automatically believe everything you are told to think, without that religion among other things has a hard time existing, so expect plenty of religious shills too.
