As for your friends, well, sometimes we may just need a break from being around people, it can get a little exhausting. I wouldn't worry about it too much I'm sure you'll get better with time. And drinking can be a good way to self medicate but it has its downsides so be careful

Maybe you're just depressed or something? I find I have a massive lack of interest in pretty much anything at all when I'm depressed (or it may be something else)
You could consider talking to a doctor about it who knows maybe you could just get neetbux and focus on yourself
