>>10343041yeah, if you want to go for india first, you pretty much have to go with the dutch, otherwise it's a hassle. you can only expand on so many fronts and if you show up there with your lategame army it just feels like bullying, not intense and all. but the early game is a real struggle.
well that bug i encountered was only a few years ago, a long time after the last patch came out, so i don't think i'll be risking another campaign anytime soon.
those naval battles are definitely fun though, and playing as france in this one or napoleon gives you a good chance to fight battles against the bongs. i also like the naval battles in fall of the samurai, those ugly ironclads are so sexy.
three chinkdoms has been sitting on my ssd since last year and i need to play it. started a campaign but for some reason i dropped it really early on and never get back to it. it wasn't bad or anything, i don't remember what came up that made me stop it.
