No one to tell you what to do and all
Free to sleep in
Sex & drugs & sex for drugs

Downside is if you’re really fucked up you don’t shower
And people like to steal and do hobo shit like stab you with no indication that you’re gonna be stabbed

I'm homeless right now. 4am and I can't sleep because it's freezing cold. It's pretty redpilled if you live for heroin like me and can busk for money during the daytime. I'm constantly high on smack.

We have an excellent community of homeless here in Sydney, we have singalongs and box wine parties in an old trainstation. Last month I had sex with a crusty old homeless guy and got shit in my dick hole.

Unfortunately that's probably the biggest down side of being homeless. I keep valuables (electronics, spare camping gear) burried in a separate area. Most of the time if someone stumbles on your area and all they see is clothes blankets and food they won't steal

I was thinking of that portable stove. Looks worth stealing for a tweaker. Do you think a camping bed like pic related would get stolen? I've started sleeping on one and it's pretty comfy. There needs to be a coalition of sane homeless people to look out for one another

graduated college after the recession, spent forever being broke looking for low paying engineering jobs and then ended up moving in a house full of hippies and got a chance to trim weed with hippy chicks and fish with rednecks

from the weedfarm i got really lucky and met a punk/traveller vanlife girl on tinder who took me across the country and showed me tons of free tricks for free food, free everything, little scams here and there (punks prey on corporations)

so yeah being social helps a lot as there are millions and millions of tricks to making hobo life comfy and they kinda keep that info word of mouth instead of online posting it. a lot of the punk travellers have really close communities and you if you befriend them, theyll show you the ropes.
it will be very hard life travelling without all that hobo knowledge and very comfy travelling with it.

lots of punks save up money working bs or -well paying- jobs for a bit so they have a safety net if shtf and just wont spend money while travelling. other punks just fly signs on the corner and some of them (girls) make very good money doing it

i was making 10-20k untaxed in 2-4months of farming/fishing + food subsidy + healthcare subsidy

its not very comfy but at times it is very cozy

ALSO being homeless gets verrrryyyyyyy political

if your travelling, truckstop showers are ez to get
if youre in the city, spend 10-20bux/mo on gym membership
if your in the woods, shower in a river

i was going back n forth between a mansion in vegas and a camp at slab city for a few weeks and the family vibe at slab city was so adorable and loving and felt so nice and the family vibe in the mansion was sooooo non-existant, everyone going off to different rooms with different tvs playing ignored by different phones

i was rich dad's daughter's homeless bf :3

a lot of the queer travelers i met are pretty level headed and based. a lot of the cis het ones i met are alcoholic waste-oids who are insufurable to listen to with nothing of value to say cuase theyre braindead from all the alcohol, i can totally relate to those guys, i am one of them

tweakers are interesting but fuck them anyways, homebums are a waste of life
