Ok, so I live in El Salvador and am considering starting a software development firm. Since I'm redpilled I'd rather hire locals than foreigners. The problem is this: it's very hard to find competent programmers here. A friend of mine who is an entrepreneur told me the same thing, he doesn't even hire fresh university graduates because they don't know anything. So this is my dilemma, should I invest in training coders here so that maybe they'll be competent or should I just hire people from other countries? (not necessarily pajeets)
