This is how men rate women. At the same time they rate men higher (Elliot Rodger is a solid 6-7 and could be an 8 if he would bulk up and get another hair cut)
That leads to a false self image and anger towards these women (who are in actually much higher in smv) if they aren't interested and hatred or ignorance towards women who are lower than that. It's like middleaged cat women who rate Tom Hardy as 4 to feel better about themselves and artificially increase their own chances in their own mind.
