>how do you guys work out. Personally I do I do 1 rep in one minute, then one rep in 30 seconds, and then 1 rep in 15seconds and so on dividing by two for each of my reps until one minute is over. Then I do that set in half the time next time and then in half the time next time until two minutes are over. Then I switch to the next exercise which I do in the same fasion as my previous exercise but with all the numbers are cut in half so I do my sets in 1 minute instead of two minutes and I keep on doing sets of different exercises each in half the time as the previous set until 4 minutes are over.
