>>10392935fatness is in reality 2 things, how much you eat and WHAT you eat. yes greasy ass deep fried food tends to be higher calorie than for example baked chicken but that's very superficial, what get's people is sugar. you can LITERALLY drink your entire calorie quota for the day in one sitting not including the meals.
the obesity epidemic isn't a people are now magically fat/ people don't exercise. it's a people drink crazy ass sugary drinks 2-3-4-5-6 times a day, mainly sweet coffee's and juices.
there is no way in hell an ultra fit person can consistently eat like the average person and maintain their fitness level.
but on the fat people's side of things. ONCE you become obese, it is actually extremely difficult to shave off the weight. it takes much more work for an obese person to become a healthy weight than a weak person to become a healthy weight. this is because the more fat you have the more food you crave, and the more shocked your body becomes when you actually stop giving in to your hunger. additionally there is something called lipoedema where your fat ass body refuses to give up the fat that is stored and you have no recourse other than do surgery.
im not the best in my field, but obesity is more often than not accompanied with mental health problems. getting lipo won't solve your problem, dieting won't solve it. exercising like an olympic athlete wont solve it.
you literally need to make PERMANENT, SMALL lifestyle changes and actually count your calories. you'll lose some weight by the end of the year. after you are within range get liposuction or one of those stomach surgery where they cut half your stomache off.
then focus on eating quality food.
there are no such things as cheat meals
