6. This is more about work safety. An issue is sometimes bad companies don't provide good equipment, training, or procedures for dealing with risky situations. There is a limit where it is in your hands and we can only engage or quit the job.

8. Sure but don't we also have a right to speak up and negotiate for something better? I'm not a unionist but this seems to side with employers a bit too much.
9. Sure, it's just unfortunate that higher education was made more expensive and our education performance have stagnated or dropped.
10. Seems like it would be both. Say, a poor circumstance someone is in (out of their choice) and choices one makes from them (to escape said circumstance) could define that person? But I get it, he's saying not to think being born in the ghetto means you're stuck in it or whatever.
