So I watch a lot of interviews, and I've noticed Japanese creators tend to state the obvious -- something that would make us go "yeah, no shit", but they seem oblivious as to why what they are saying doesn't need to be said.
So my question is are they retarded or is there a cultural thing I'm unaware of?
