How do i cure OCD? For example, i've been trying to start a World of Warcraft account, but everytime i try to make a character there is something in the beginning of the game that i do "wrong" and it triggers my ocd. Like i started with a Night Elf character and first quest was to kill some sabre tooth tigers. I was determined that this was the last time i start over and that's it. Well the last tiger i killed, i think it was already at half health before i killed it. So my ocd trigger was that it wasn't on full health. I kept going on the character and tried to tell myself that it doesn't matter, but man i just can't get over it. I've probably played around an hour now and i really don't want to start over anymore. Can i just fight this ocd over and keep going? I don't know why my ocd is so bad right, because it's just a tiger on a video game that may or may not have been on half health, not that it matter anyhow even if it was, like jeez. Now i'm thinking that what if i never start a new character and just keep going, am i going to be obsessing over this for the rest of my days? I'm pretty much having an anxiety attack because of some fucking virtual tiger.
