You marinade the chicken and then let it dry, coat it in corn starch, fry it in a wok, drain the oil out of the wok and cook some basil leaves, add the chicken back in and sprinkle loads of peppersalt all over it.
They're pretty tasty, far more flavorful than say mcnuggets, but not spicy.
