Living perfectly is a noble goal but it is basically impossible to achieve, and is synonymous with transcendence if achieved at all.
Better for most to rely on the grace provided through faith in God and the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Pray continually and commit your being to Heaven and God. Confess sins but don't become overwrought with your inability to overcome them permanently. Always live true to your higher nature and do not enter long-term engagements which are likely to draw you into misery, despair, and other such sins.
