If you want food and beaches and boating, New England in summer. Go to a clam bake. Eat lobster. Visit the islands and all the small towns along the coast of Rhode Island, Cape Cod (watch out for P-Town, it's 100% gay), and Maine.
You already did the city thing with New York. Boston is nice too, if smaller. But I'd say fuck that and go to leaf land and hang out in Montreal if you want cities. It's more fun.
Hawaii is actually fucking cool too, but Big Island, don't go to Honolulu, it's a shithole. Northern California can be cool, the redwoods are something, but Silicon Valley south is an overcrowded shit-hole with cities that aren't as impressive as New York.
