You should quit the sodas like coke and so on. Drink water. If you do want coke or anything like it, treat it like a dessert. Same goes for ice tea and anything with lots of sugar in it.
If you want advice on what to eat, do some research on bodybuiding boards. You don't have to overdo it like these guys, but they know their stuff.
Also, don't lose weight too fast or your skin won't be able to keep up. If you want to lose weight long term, you need to get used to the thought, that this demands a change in lifestyle. Find a diet that you can keep forever.
