I have straight teeth, hardly have drinks or food containing high amounts of sugar, brush thoroughly twice a day yet my teeth are still stained yellow

Do you Americans have a secret you’re not telling us or do you all literally just bleach them

teeth are never truly white unless you use abrasive chemicals (which I think Americans probably do). Also afaik you should brush your teeth after every meal and make sure you drink enough milk.

A lot of the rich twats use veneers, my teeth are ok but my drinking water my whole life was natural well water....coconut oil does good, a drop of oregano oil on the old brush does nice, but burns, be warned....maybe a good quality ionic mineral blend every so often might help. Using anactivated charcoal toothpaste now, smething called ClayBrite.
