But say something once in a while too if you have something to say
Also, I saw a study that said when autistic people look at people it's usually at something strange like their shoulders or neck, most people look at faces in an inverted-triangle shape, from eyes to mouth to eyes again, so try doing that
Might be awkward at first
Over time it should feel natural for you
Alternatively, just be yourself.
If they ask you why you behave weirdly just tell them you're autistic/socially awkward.
