even with being able to buy essences you have rank 3 of on a different character there's some really huge hurdles for no reason. one i need is unlocked by having revered with uldum accord which takes weeks. my demon hunter has some amount of progress but that class doesn't have a healing spec so i can't buy the essence on that character to make it available on my druid as far as i know.
or like i've met the rep requirements for 2 other essences but you buy them with currency that you can only get from dalies. like what? why? what's the point of making me grind an extra 3 days if i'm already revered?
stuff like that is particularly painful because my paladin is 400 ilvl and doesn't even have a cloak so it takes ages to kill anything but it's the character i have the rep on so i have to grind out these currencies on that character
