Any black /bant/ users? If so, what's the plan, bros? How do we improve things as whole?

I'm not talking about superficial acts of advancement like rebuilding the "community." I'm talking about the grand scheme things; the race as a whole. I'm not going to lie, all of this is pretty disheartening and at times I often think that it's over. But yet, there still remains a sliver of hope that with enough time and togetherness we can pull through.

So.... any ideas? And please keep them feasible. None of this, "let's all go back to Africa and everything will be great!" Don't get me wrong, I do believe that at some point in time we will have to occupy land in Africa and establish some type of first world black society, but we have to start small. We can't just keep sitting around with this "woe is me" blackpilled cuck-like mentality that things can't get better or won't improve.
