Tomorrow I will have my first interview for a job ever. Its for a position that needs 0 work experience or any skill since I will receive full training.

Answer the questions they ask you honestly.
Be succinct, don't ramble on but instead try to give concise answers.
Give a firm handshake at the beginning and/or end.
Try to be polite.
Groom yourself and make sure you look presentable; if it's a labour job, this doesn't mean wear a suit and tie. You want to look nice but not overdressed.
Plan to arrive early, and leave yourself extra time to get there.

Do not, under any circumstance, be yourself.
Be polite, let the elder person guide you. Sit down when the other person shows you to sit down, shake hands only when offered by an older person, if you are the elder, you can offer shaking hands.

First impression is key. Im not talking the first few minutes, im talking the very first 3 to 4 seconds.

Know the very key answers to key questions:

-Why do you want this job, exactly this job in this position here?

-Why do they want you, what can you offer?
-->Sometimes theyll ask for a weakness of yours, dont tell them a weakness, tell them a strength and make it look like one, as in saying youre perfectionist or some shit

And last but not least, try to seem as natural as possible. Try to seem as this would be a thing youre doing everyday. Now DONT see this as being honest, again: DO. NOT. BE. HONEST. (Unless its an actual strength of yours)

With these tips, you should be ready for your job interview.

Honesty is not good. You may think its good, but youll just look shit in comparison to all other applicants who dont tell the truth about their weaknesses. Now this is common sense. Why would i as an employer employ you when youre telling me youre sometimes late, getting things mixed up and stuff like that when others tell me they wont?
Think about it. Honesty WILL harm you. Dont be a complete idiot about it though. Know how to behave. Think of it like going to church with grandma. Know what to do, dont tell her you hate church and its boring.

Hans makes a good point; sometimes I forget that 95%+ of people lie out their ass all the time to make their applications seem better. You're better off downplaying your weaknesses, for sure. Lying about a bunch of strengths that you don't necessarily have isn't good though, because the truth may come out eventually and make your situation worse in the long run.

It's always important to remember that you want to leave on good terms with your employer if at all possible.
