Back when the FBI was investigating Hillary, they let Hillary's lawyers give them a written statement claiming that it was a PRN employee who deleted her emails after the judge had already ordered the preservation. Really, PRN means "pro re nata" and it is a temp employee that you pay a lot more than a regular employee. Pro re nata means "as needed" so you can see why Hillary had to get a "PRN" employee to delete her emails after the preservation was ordered. However, since Hillary had also used some IT company Platte River Networks, no doubt given that name specifically to foster culpability-waving ambiguity in potential adverse IT outcomes related to her secret server, the FBI "assumed in good faith" that Hillary's written statement meant that the PRN employee was an employee of Platte River Networks. The FBI said, "Oh, ok! You gave a statement that said it was a PRN employee who did it so we're going to go investigate Platte River Networks but we'll never ask you what you meant by 'PRN' and that way we can avoid finding the evidence of your crimes." So in that way, the FBI was the accomplice of Hillary, her secret second salesman basically, because they let her specify a "PRN employee" without asking what PRN meant. Their not asking was the keystone in Hillary's strategy.

Later, when the FBI was submitting the Steele dossier and other fraud papers to the FISA court, it was the FISA court who was playing secret secnd salesman to the FBI. The reason that the FISA judges "didn't notice" the "17 errors" of the FBI in their court briefs is because the FISA court was playing the role of the FBI's accomplice in the way that the FBI had previously played the role of Hillary's accomplice.
