ween off caffeine first since it's easier. as in just don't drink your cup a day, or cut down 1 cup a day til you're at 0. You can go complete cold turkey if you drink a ton, but you'll feel like shit for a few days(vs just weening off)
then ween of carbohydrates. have one meal with them. then half the serving. then none.
Or just do what normal functional person would do. And do intermittent fasting. Skip breakfast. Eat after lunch. You'll stop being hungry in the mornings pretty quick.
Trying crash diets or fasts or other bullshit just causes you to relapse. But skipping breakfast and waiting to eat lunch is something any compulsive moron can do. And over time it'll add up to loses.
