As a professional niggerologist, I have been studing niggers extensively for many years of my life. Although I have never visted the USA personally, I have traveled far and wide throughout Europe, going from France, to Germany, to the UK. What I could not help but notice was the difference in behavior between each group of local niggers: while in Italy they were not causing much trouble if any at all, in Germany, France and the UK they were increasingly acting like savage animals at every occasion out of sheer sense of entitlement; the USA would also be the place in which the issue has grown to its utmost limit. So what is causing these differences to manifest? After a deep analysis, I have identified 3 main factors:

You see, the more these 3 variables are maximized, the more niggers will feel strong and entitled. On the contrary, the more they are minimized, the more niggers become an irrelevant threat. Let us take Italy as an example: here welfare is pretty much non-existent, nigger populations are small and spread far apart, and Italians absolutely hate pandering to other races (in fact they think they have a better culture than everyone else). The result? Niggers know that their place is at the bottom of the Italian society and that they would get lynched in the streets if they ever tried something funny like rioting or killing cops. On the other hand, in other countries nigger problems get bigger and bigger as welfare, nigger population and anti-racism policies increase. I have no more doubts that there is a direct correlation between these elements.
In conclusion, these are the lessons you must follow if you want to have well-behaved niggers in your country:
