Consider two mice looking at two blocks of cheese in two mouse traps. One mouse does not understand the trap and it bites the cheese and dies. Pretty normal for a mouse. The other mouse, however, sees the trap mechanism and recognizes that it will die if it bites the cheese. Then it goes ahead and bites the cheese anyway. Which mouse is more retarded? The one who didn't see the trap, or the one who did see it?
