>>1061393Its not that bad, i used to see something in similar fashion (but with alcohol and much more unpleasant faces) on the streets and parks of moscow everyday about 5 years ago, but then they made it illegal to drink on the street and in parks, i pretty much havent seen drunkies since. They also destroyed all the small selling spots "kiosks" where drunks used to hang out.
