People started to listen to our music and what the artists were saying which normalized drugs and sex outside of marriage and fighting against corruption and the government. It changed people from living the "perfect life" in the 50s to being violent criminals and hippies. Marriage rates rocketed down and divorce rates, violent crime and obesity rates rocketed up.
Also UK invented computers and the world wide web. Which is what has made so many people around the world not want to get a job and live off their parents using their PCs, this is a very big problem in Japan.
Just imagine what the world would be like today without us...
