I am really amazed how you guys in america all like oh im 40% that 30% that 20% that etc. Its not how it works.
And im not even trying to insult you or anything. Its same for a lot of people in russia, since we have so many ethnicities here and were ussr member once. A lot of people are like - i am this i am that, and when you ask them do you speak the language they say - no.
Anyways, no language - not gonna work, only if you have relatives you are close with and who are willing to "integrate" and educate you.
