Women want Chad's for pregnancy because they want Chad's genes, because he is the strongest, highest in the social status, toughest, and most virile man around. This means good survival for her (Chad can protect her as he is Chad) and her future children (They are mini Chads so will have strong genes).
Interestingly, women want these men more during the first half of their period (when they are more likely to get pregnant). This would make sense by an evolutionary standpoint. While in the fertile part of her period, she would desire a Chad for procreation. However in the second part, they are drawn towards (not physically attracted to) less Chad men, betas. She won't want to have sex and be physically intimate with them, but she wants their resources, attention and validation. Betas who can provide for her and support her, and raise Chad's kids.
