We are the way the All experiences itself as individual units of consciousness, interacting with others. Eventually, through thousands or millions of incarnations, our soul/consciousness will progress spiritually enough to reunite with the All. When the All gets bored of this, he will start the cycle of creation again.
Yahweh, is the soul group/ "god" of earth. We are small soul pieces of Yahweh. Yahweh created an eden on Earth, where everyone was happy, but there was no free will. We were doing well, but we were stagnant spiritually. We/Yahweh grew bored and wanted to progress and develop spiritually. The council of soul group Saturn, composed of beings of extremely advanced consciousness, convened, and recommended that Yahweh allow the soul group of Venus, or Lucifer, to come to Earth, and introduce evil. By introducing evil, people would be able to recognize and choose between good and evil. This would in theory accelerate our spiritual growth, and allow us to "grow up" so to speak. We/Yahweh agreed to allow Lucifer/Venus to come, offer us the apple in the garden of Eden (a metaphor of course.) Like children getting kicked out of our parent's house, we were suddenly exposed to harsh horrors of reality, but we also now had the power to choose. Thus we began the difficult task of developing spiritually through suffering, making mistakes, and developing responsibility. Once the council of Saturn determines that we no longer need the influence of Lucifer/Venus, his influence will be withdrawn.
Basically they believe that Venus/Lucifer tortures us for our own good, so that we may delevop spiritually, and this method of development was either proposed and formulated by Saturn, or was accepted by Saturn as a good idea. Yahweh/us agreed to this arrangement at the beginning.
