Don't brew any more sadly...I hated bottling so much and getting real Belgian bottles that withstand high carb levels was annoying, but I made some very, very good beer. I'll see if I can find a tripel recipe that I made, 11% ABV but it was undetectable until people smashed back a couple bottles...then...holy shit!
