Basically allowing women to vote and social welfare has destroyed lower tier mans access to female reproduction/partners they consider suitable as women always try to settle for a guy higher tier.
It might be considered that porn, sexuality liberation and socialization/lack of are factoring in it too as it may be why low tier men wont settle for a bottom tier woman.
Consider why would a 4 woman settle for a 5 man when she would have historically, when she can be carried by the state and wait for a 6 man, worst case she fucks a 5/6 ends up with a kid and the state takes care of her as a single mother
