You can't just 'un-mutt' someone like that. It's basically contaminated / polluted if you mix mutt, non-native into asians or europeans or other long-evoluted ethnic group.
Most of the world is mostly racially pure and lived in relatively close and small villages for thousands of years, so they genetically mostly benefited from not wasting genetic effort for integrating genetically far tribes.
Someone who is a mutt (hapa, halfspic, halfnig) isn't European anymore. He's Pardo, in Brazil, for example.
Someone who is a mutt is better off mixing with other similar mutts who are similar. This might even benefit them genetically.
It's why Jews have succeeded so much.
