Given that these young men are basing their entire identity on their looks, which are subject to change, leaving them with nothing but a sense of dread of wasted years losing themselves to their desires instead of making meaningful connections. They are so desperate for a sense of community and belonging they latch onto any tag such as 'femboy', even if its just a title given to them by their looks, something given to them by virtue of being born a certain way, they have nothing, they are empty shells, and the only thing on their mind is the next dopamine hit. Do not fool yourself however, one day they will meet their inevitable fate of losing everything.
