Overall it didn't totally detract from my ability to imagine what she smelled like at that moment, the clean linens and well made bed really add to the homeliness of her, I'd be willing to be she uses a very faint floral perfume; perhaps peony or rose.
Her well groomed hair is very attractive, the volume given is undoubtedly to detract from her monstrous honker but it's done in a fashionable way that I admire. I imagine she uses a matching / well paired scent shampoo to her perfume: honey, lavender, or almond.
Instead of sitting on a chair or stool she chose to sit on the floor, indicating that the floor itself is likely carpeted and therefore she's also likely barefoot. I envision a perfect foot, clean as a whistle and as soft as a MyPillow®. The scent is faint, only noticeable as she brings her foot close to your face. It radiates pure femininity from her heel to her toes; a scent that has few equals and one that even fewer men will experience. Nevertheless it allows me to dream - that one day I may experience such a scent.
