Corruption, crime, a helpless disarmed populous, pollution, poorly maintained infrastructure and public services, a brutish unconstitutional, and a lack of job opportunities as a result of globalism police state have spelled their doom long ago. The middle glass has been fleeing that for decades now, the wealthy will just stay behind their gates and army of private security, and the only ones left will be the truly poor.
Why fight in an attempt to preserve what's already rotten at it's core? The inhabitants chose their fate when they voted in the same corrupt or incompetent politicians over and over again. They've maid their bed, now let them lye in it.
