I have a theory that Discord was created by (((them))) in order to destroy 4chan. Since many oldfags move on at some point, the site needs new users. And we all know that most newfags are underage (admit it, you started going here as a kid too), therefore almost all of them are accustomed with Discord because it's the main messaging app for modern gamers. The thing is, Discord has all the features these people like in 4chan, like image uploading, and some additional ones. Older popular messaging apps didn't have as many appealing features. So when the newfags notice that they liked Discord more, they go back there - this time with their new 4chan friends. And like this, 4chan dies - not with a bang, but with a whimper.
