Like I said before, once we have the technology to colonize and sustain populations across our solar system any laws agreed to some hundred years ago won't matter and you'll see a scramble for plants and moons similar to the scramble for Africa.
At least there won't be foreign intelligent life to exploit most likely though so that's good and hopefully said scramble to colonize the stars remains peaceful enough.
