Why can't we all just get together and use one unified measuring? Like yeah we can make fun of the Americans for still sticking to the imperial system, but even here in Canada we've got some dumb bullshit we still stuck to like weight and height. Even past that, some weird things like military time I thrown around willy nilly.

What should the definitive set of measurements be?
