1. Continually tell yourself how much you hate smoking
2. Roll your own or use a pipe. Roll one for each time you want to smoke to make it more inconvenient
3. Procrastinate smoking. If you get 3 breaks at work, take your first smoke on the clock during lunch, slowly procrastinate longer
4. Find something to fill the gap of why you're smoking. If its stress, work out. If its boredom play a game, if its focus, do some of those brain puzzles or something.
