i don't care
i only helped design and
write their computer systems
my main role was the GLC - local courts
we all used to laugh at how expensive it was
to change the computer system at every
change of govt
Liberals(the conservatives here hahaha) called Family Law Services - FACS
Labor came in and changed it to Yacs - Youth and community services
Cost them shitloads for the change
Took me a couple of hours to mass change every program in the system
that was close to 30 years ago
i don't work there anymore
they still use it
had to go in and defend a parking fine
i saw my old Court List program still being used
