Some examples:
Ruso-Japanese War (1904-1905) - japan literally WRECKED Russia with severely inferior technology and numbers.
Several of the crusades were clear Muslim victories.
The Romans lost to the Parthians(modern day Persians) several times and Emperor valerian was even captured by them.
Japanese running train against the British and other Europeans in WW2 despite being massively outnumbered.
Mongols literally owning every european army they fought
Turks defeating and occupying Southern Europe for half a century
And I’ll just stop there.
