I have trial in less than two months. The plaintiff won't be there because she is in another country and can't travel because of corona. Instead she will use video call. I have the option to object to the plaintiff using video call at the trial. This might postpone the trial to after corona, but the court decides whether to accept my objection or not. Should I object to the use of video call?
