>>10795509idk, neither of them seems particularly mad. or both are equally mad, they just sound like annoying passive aggressive redditors to me.
that's what they'd be trying to say if they were a normal person, but i won't give anyone on r/kpop the benefit of the doubt of considering them a normal person. and anyway, i'm not basing it on just that one comment alone, i've seen it expressed a lot in kpop circles. just the way they talk about loyalty and female fans being more loyal, you can tell it gives them some kind of weird sense of smugness.
yeah, i know of aunt jemima, it's pretty funny. i don't know how it took them so long to realize she's problematic and cancel her. or i guess to succeed, cause i'm sure people were whining about that before. i wonder if the brand will be removed altogether or if they rename it/rebrand it to a hip modern black woman with a college degree.
i hope these types never get to bulgaria and cancel my favorite chocolate coated biscotti snack called niglets. some mulatto woman compained about them a while ago. the company hired some linguists to do an expertise and come out with a statement that the name isn't offensive in bugarian, kek.
