People who post shit like this are usually just trying to look for excuses as to why not to get their asses up and do something, by convincing themselves that they had lost from the start.
Most people go through the developments naturally, that is true.
They do not question social contacts, they do not question the tiny details of social conduct, they just follow their instincts from an early age and usually do not think about it too much.
They are the result of years of improvement, conscious or not.
Self-improvement is essentially catching up with this development and attempting to go beyond it. Being driven by instinct and never questioning anything can only get you so far in life.
Faggots and Failures try to discourage others, dragging you down to their pathetic level like the Niggers they are, pretending like you feeling the need to even pursue greatness or subscribe to an ideal already reveals you as an outcast, because according to them nobody else needs to. In Reality, those others who didnt feel the need to rarely ever achieve "greatness" and those who do went through the same struggle as (you) did. To them, ordinary came easy but ordinary is all they ever were or ever will be. Some got luckier than others but most of the "Chads" from middle school wound up societal failures apart from getting laid with some skanks.
Posts like these are utterly disconnected from reality and are part of the tradition of posting an entire PhD thesis as to why everything was rigged against you from the start so you can just give up and stop struggling.
There is no shame of being in a shit position in life, that can happen to anybody. The shame comes from making this position part of yourself, to become so comfortable and homely in it, that you defend it.
That is when you are no longer someone who just had it tough, and truly become a failure.
